Monday Mindfulness & Recovery An meeting open to individuals who want to practice or learn more about mindfulness practices and living. This meeting focuses on icreasing positive life outcomes as well as addressing substance use issues, anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder and other personal issues. We explore and discuss stumbling blocks, triggers, emotional balancing, thought distortions, coping skills, neuroscience and mindfulness practices. 4:00 PM Chilton Hall #130
Tuesday SMART Recovery A meeting where participantslearn tools for addiction recovery based on the latest scientific research and participate in a world-wide community which includes free, self-empowering, science-based mutual help groups. 4:00 PM Chilton Hall #130
Wednesday #TaketheMirrorBack An open meeting focusing on body positivity and self-image. Topics addressed include negative self-talk, outsider perception, and self-esteem. 11:00 AM Chilton Hall #130
Creative Arts A meeting for students with a desire to artistically express themselves using a variety of different methods including drawing, painting, etc. Weekly activities are designed to help students de-stress while establishing a strong peer community. 4:00 PM Chilton Hall #130
